Other Copyright Specific Arrangements for this Site

1. Unless otherwise indicated, the following clauses shall override any other rights provided to me as author of this site under the (Australian) Copyright Act 1968 ("the Act"), as amended from time to time. (Last amended in 2006)
2. Unless otherwise indicated, the life of any copyright on ANY of my documents either in soft- or hard-copy, shall be only 10 years from the 01 January in the year after that of my death (whenever that may be!) and NOT the 70 years as provided for in "the Act"
3. Under "the Act", any work produced by an Australian or available in Australia is automatically covered by copyright and doesn't require speicific registration. This means that even the daily shopping list is protected here in Australia under our copyright laws. However, it would still be a good idea to include a copyright notice of any work that may be "used" outside of Australia
4. The original author (that's me) must be provided with a copy of any enhanced or modified versions (ie source code where required) of any html webpages, computer programs (regardless of what language they may be translated into), text documents (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc), etc, if necessary as a ZIPped file using the basic WinZIP format.
5. Whilst all of the pages on my website are progressively having reference to a "Creative Commons" licence added to them, as shown above and also below, unless or until such a notice is added to a page, the licence below (CC BY-NC-SA) is to be applied implicitly to all pages on this site
6. With the exception of the Creative Commons licence that I have attached to my webpages, primarily that attribution is assigned to all of my work, I will NOT be holding anyone liable if they exceed the 10% "rule" as provided for under "the Act". So long as my work is properly attributed to me, you can use as much or as little of it as you like. If you like what you find, please feel free to let me know.
7. This licence, obviously, doesn't extend to any site to which I have provided a link to in any of my pages and as such aren't mine to give away rights to.
